Palpatine survived by transferring his consciousness into a clone body at the moment of his death in Return of the Jedi. This allowed him to cheat death and continue his quest for power. In The Rise of Skywalker, it is revealed that he had been manipulating events from behind the scenes, using his Sith powers to stay alive and regain his strength. His survival is a testament to his cunning and determination to maintain his hold on the galaxy. **

Palpatine did not have Sith eyes when he was disguised as Chancellor Palpatine because he was using his skills in deception and manipulation to hide his true identity as a Sith Lord. Sith eyes are a physical manifestation of the dark side of the Force, and Palpatine was able to conceal this aspect of himself in order to maintain his facade as a respected political leader. By appearing as a benign and trustworthy figure, he was able to gain power and influence without revealing his true nature until the time was right. **

It is difficult to determine who would win in a battle between Voldemort and Palpatine as they come from different fictional universes with their own unique powers and abilities. Voldemort is a powerful dark wizard with a wide range of magical spells at his disposal, while Palpatine is a Sith Lord with mastery over the dark side of the Force. Both characters are highly skilled in combat and manipulation, making it a close match. Ultimately, the outcome of their battle would depend on the circumstances and the specific abilities each character chooses to use. **

Palpatine could have lost to Mace Windu due to a combination of factors. Firstly, Windu was an extremely skilled and powerful Jedi Master, known for his mastery of the lightsaber combat form Vaapad. Additionally, Palpatine may have been overconfident in his abilities, leading him to underestimate Windu's strength. Furthermore, the emotional turmoil caused by Anakin Skywalker's betrayal and subsequent intervention in their duel could have also contributed to Palpatine's defeat. Ultimately, the circumstances of the duel and Windu's exceptional skill and determination could have led to Palpatine's loss. **

It is a matter of interpretation whether Palpatine intentionally lost to Mace Windu. Some believe that Palpatine feigned weakness to manipulate Anakin Skywalker into joining the dark side, while others argue that he genuinely underestimated Windu's skills. Regardless of his intentions, the outcome of the duel ultimately served Palpatine's larger plan to turn Anakin to the dark side and eliminate the Jedi Order. **

Sheev Palpatine, also known as Darth Sidious, is often considered one of the most powerful Sith in the Star Wars universe. He was a master manipulator and strategist, able to orchestrate the rise of the Galactic Empire and the fall of the Jedi Order. His mastery of the dark side of the Force and his ability to control and influence others made him a formidable opponent. However, the title of the most powerful Sith is subjective and can vary depending on the criteria used to measure power. There are other Sith Lords in the Star Wars canon who are also considered extremely powerful, such as Darth Vader and Darth Plagueis. **

If Mace Windu had killed Palpatine, it would have drastically changed the course of the Star Wars saga. With Palpatine dead, the Sith would have been defeated, and Anakin Skywalker may not have turned to the dark side. This would have prevented the rise of the Galactic Empire and the subsequent oppression of the galaxy. The Jedi Order may have been able to continue and rebuild, leading to a very different future for the galaxy. **

No, Palpatine did not allow himself to be defeated. Throughout the Star Wars saga, Palpatine is portrayed as a cunning and manipulative character who seeks to maintain his power at all costs. His ultimate goal is to rule the galaxy and he goes to great lengths to achieve this. Therefore, it is unlikely that he would willingly allow himself to be defeated, especially considering the extent of his power and influence. **
